Where is my document photo stored?

It is not stored by DueCalm. Document photos have zero data retention after processing.

Why did I not receive a reminder?

Open iPhone Settings, find DueCalm, and confirm notifications are allowed.

Do I need an account?

No. Your saved reminder details stay on your iPhone.
