Why should I check the details before saving?
Papers look very different, and AI can misread a date or an amount. On the Check details screen, compare each value with the words it was read from, and fill in anything that is missing.
What if the scan gets something wrong?
Change the value before you save. If the photo could not be read, try a clearer photo or enter the date by hand.
Where is my photo stored?
It is not stored by DueCalm. Photos have zero data retention after processing.
Why did I not receive a reminder?
Open iPhone Settings, find DueCalm, and confirm notifications are allowed.
Do I need an account?
No. Your saved deadlines stay on your iPhone.
What does DueCalm cost?
DueCalm Premium is $19.99 a year, and it starts with a 7 day free trial. It adds AI scans and calendar events. Reminders, and adding or editing deadlines by hand, are free whether or not you subscribe.
How do I cancel?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Select DueCalm and tap Cancel Subscription. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends or before the renewal date. You keep access until the period you have paid for is over.
How do I restore my subscription on a new iPhone?
Sign in to the new iPhone with the same Apple Account, install DueCalm, and open the subscription screen. If your subscription is not active yet, tap Restore purchases. Your saved deadlines stay on the old device, because DueCalm keeps them on your iPhone rather than on a server.
How do I ask for a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the DueCalm purchase.
